We do not offer returns/ exchanges. You may wonder why? We are a local store based on consignment which means that we do not own the product in the store. The product is owned by the vendors, we only facilitate sales for our vendors. We also rotate out a portion of our vendors every 3 months, so it make it really difficult to exchange a product if the vendor no longer is in our store. However, If there is an issue with your purchase such as damages or a faulty product then we will work with you and the vendor to get this fixed.
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. We currently only offer flat rate shipping, however, if you order something and shipping works out to be more than a $1 difference of flat rate you will be refunded for the difference.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up or shipping.
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
